A: Yes, our shampoo is gentle enough to use on puppies, however, it is important to note that all dogs including puppies may have their own individual sensitivities.

Q: Why is it important for a dog shampoo to be pH balanced and what is the pH of this shampoo?
A: A pH-balanced formula is crucial for maintaining the health and integrity of a dog's natural skin barrier. The ideal pH level for a dog's skin ranges between 6.5 and 7.5. Anything outside of this range may disrupt the skin's natural balance causing dryness, irritation, and susceptibility to infections. Our shampoo hits the sweet spot with a pH level of 7.

Q: Is this shampoo tearless?
A: We do not claim to be tearless as we do not test on animals to find out. However, we do use cocomidolpropyl betaine and cocomide MIPA which are often used in tear-free formulas. Regardless, with any cleanser, it is best to avoid the general eye area.

Q: Can I use this shampoo to wash my dog's paws?
A: Absolutely!

Wet your dog, lather the shampoo into a cloud-like foam, then massage it into your dog's coat. Continue to repeat this process.

For an even more thorough cleanse, repeat this process twice.
