General Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand quickly!
When will my order be shipped?
We will process all orders within 5 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 4-6 business days, while Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. Guroom is not responsible for any package lost or stolen during shipment.
How much is shipping?
Within the U.S., Standard shipping is $4.95, and Priority shipping is $9.95. Currently, all orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping across the U.S.
General Order Questions
Can I make adjustments or cancel my order after checkout?
If you made a mistake placing your order, please email us at customerservice@shopguroom.com immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot make cancellations or adjustments after 12 hours of the order being placed.
Can I return my order?

How can I track my order?
On our website, use the chat functionality, click 'Track My Order,' and enter order details.
What if my order shows as delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Guroom is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages as we count on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves our shop. Once it leaves our facilities, it is out of our control. In the event that USPS loses your package, please file a claim at this link.
What if I put the wrong address in my order?
If you made a mistake placing your order, please email us immediately at customerservice@shopguroom.com. If we have already shipped your order and the address is entered incorrectly resulting in a return to the sender, a second shipping payment is required for reshipment.
