Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase from Guroom! If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please email customerservice@shopguroom.com. To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Window:
You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer support team at customerservice@shopguroom.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant information.
3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges:
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at customservice@shopguroom.com immediately and within 3 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a detailed description, and photos.
